1General Terms & Definitions

Certain terms used in this document have the following meanings. "tvs71", "we", "our" refers to the tvs71 online gaming platform and its operating authority. "Member", "user", "you" refers to any person who has registered on the tvs71 platform or is using its services. "Platform" refers to tvs71's website, mobile version, and all associated services.

These terms and conditions have been prepared for users in Bangladesh, and this version written in Bengali shall be considered the final and binding version. In the case of any translation, the Bengali version shall take precedence.

2Eligibility & Account Registration

2.2 Single Account Policy

Each individual may create only one account on tvs71. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are detected, all accounts will be immediately closed and funds held may be forfeited.

The information you provide at registration must be complete, accurate, and up to date. tvs71 reserves the right to close the account and take necessary legal action if false information is provided. If any of your details change at a later date, please notify our support team immediately.

3Account Security & Responsibility

3.1 Password & Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. Do not share this information with any third party. Full responsibility for any activity carried out from your account rests with you.

3.2 Unauthorised Access

If you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account, contact us immediately at [email protected] or notify our support team via live chat. tvs71 will not bear responsibility for any loss arising from failure to report in a timely manner.

4Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Deposit Methods & Limits

The following payment methods are currently accepted at tvs71: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (including major Bangladeshi banks such as Sonali Bank, Janata Bank, and Dutch-Bangla Bank). The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳200.

4.2 Withdrawal Policy

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. A successful withdrawal is generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. Withdrawal requests will only be sent to the payment account from which the deposit was made or one that is verified in the member's name.

• Full identity verification (KYC) must be completed before making a withdrawal.
• Withdrawals from unverified accounts may be on hold.

4.3 Transaction Responsibility

5Bonus & Promotion Terms

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members at tvs71 will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example, a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,200 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,200. Alternatively, for a deposit of ৳34,000, a maximum bonus of ৳20,000 applies, giving a total balance of ৳54,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 25x wagering requirement applies on the bonus — on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus. Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 25 = a total of ৳30,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Multiple bonuses cannot be combined for the same deposit.
• A bonus may only be usable on specific games or categories — see the promotions page for details.
• tvs71 reserves the right to cancel, modify, or withdraw any bonus at any time.
• If bonus abuse or fraud is found, the account will be closed and the bonus will be forfeited.
• In any dispute regarding a promotional offer, tvs71's decision is final.

5.4 VIP Program

tvs71's VIP program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Each tier includes a weekly cashback benefit — up to 0.2% at Bronze, 0.4% at Silver, 0.6% at Gold, 0.8% at Platinum, and 1.0% at Diamond. VIP benefits are subject to change and tvs71 reserves the right to update the VIP terms at any time.

6Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 General Betting Rules

Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled. In the case of abnormal odds or payouts unintentionally issued due to a technical error, tvs71 reserves the right to void that bet.

6.2 Sports Betting

Betting is available on a range of sports including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments), football, and kabaddi. Betting odds are variable and may be updated before and during an event. If an event is cancelled or abandoned, bets on that event will be refunded, unless specific rules state otherwise.

6.3 Casino Games

Slots, fishing games, live casino, and other games are operated with full fair play ensured. Each game has its own rules and payout structure, which will be visible when the game loads. Game outcomes are determined entirely by a Random Number Generator (RNG).

7Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and legal action:

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Abusing bonuses or promotions, or artificially fulfilling wagering requirements.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal purpose.
• Using software, bots, automation tools, or hacking methods.
• Harassing, threatening, or attempting to defraud other members.
• Placing bets on behalf of a third party or participating in professional syndicate betting.
• Deliberately exploiting any technical vulnerability or error in the platform.

8Intellectual Property

All content on the tvs71 platform — logos, trademarks, software, designs, text, graphics — is the intellectual property of tvs71 or its licensors. Reproducing, distributing, or using this content for commercial purposes without prior permission is prohibited.

9Privacy & Data Protection

• At the member's own request.

11.2 Member's Rights

You may request the closure of your account at any time. Subject to any applicable wagering requirements being met, funds held in the account may be withdrawn before closure.

12Dispute Resolution
